Reservations

Due to growing popularity, we advise people to book month (3 or 4) in advance. To make a reservation, select a day, choose a time (English spoken tour) and fill in the form. The demand for reservations is often greater than the supply, especially during holiday periods and the weekends. We therefore advice you to plan your visit to the Corrie ten Boom Museum and to make your reservation well on time. Tours with reservations also begin promptly at the appointed time. Also, in the case of reservations, you are advised to be present 15 minutes before the appointed time.

Language and translations

Tours are in one language only. There will be no translations during tours. This only leads to confusion and diverts the attention of the other visitors. In addition, we would also like to offer a sufficient number of places to both our Dutch-, German- and English-speaking visitors on our tours. For these reasons we do not want English-speaking visitors on a Dutch or German tour or Dutch-speaking visitors on an English tour. Hence, reservations made by English-speaking or German-speaking visitors on a Dutch tour, or by Dutch-speaking visitors on a English tour will be cancelled.
We thank you for your understanding.

Accessibility for disabled persons

The Corrie ten Boom Museum is unfortunately not accessible to people with mobility impairments. The museum is located in Corrie's old parental house in the city center of Haarlem. This characteristic old house is relatively small and has four different levels. A tour of the house involves a climb along a small winding staircase. Therefore, the museum is not accessible to people in wheelchairs or with a walking disability. The museum does not have audio tours for people with a visual impairment. It is also not possible to visit the museum with a guide dog.
